As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new customers, ensuring they understand and effectively use our application security products.
- Provide training and resources to help customers integrate our solutions into their existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction and work closely with the sales team to ensure high retention and upsell rate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related role in a SAAS company in the application security or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically.
