About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to take the wheel on building powerful, strategic relationships with tech vendors - big names and rising stars alike. This is not your average partnership role. This is about creating real business impact, crafting joint solutions that drive pipeline, and turning “nice to have” integrations into “must have” wins

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and build relationships with relevant tech vendors—across AppSec, DevOps, cloud, and beyond.
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive real, measurable pipeline from these partnerships. We don’t do partnerships for press releases.
  • Better Together Solutions: Co-create joint offerings that are technically sound and commercially compelling. Think enablement, field collaboration, and mutual differentiation.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership to align partnerships with company growth goals.
  • Partner Enablement: Build and execute scalable programs to keep partner sales and technical teams educated, motivated, and co-selling.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You brought in net new revenue or pipeline opportunities from technology partners within your first two quarters.
  • You built deep relationships that give us an edge in competitive deals.
  • You positioned OX Security as a strategic partner to the platforms our customers already use.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, strategic alliances, or partner management—bonus if it’s in cybersecurity, DevOps, or cloud-native ecosystems.
  • A track record of closing strategic partnerships that actually drive revenue.
  • Ability to navigate both enterprise and startup ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence—you’re just as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a Zoom call.
  • Based in Israel or East/Central U.S. timezone, and ready to move fast.
