GTM Product Strategy Director
About The Position
As a GTM Product Strategy Director, you'll be the ultimate connector, the voice of our product,
and a key player in making our product shine in the market. Working closely with product
development, inbound product management, customer success, marketing, and sales, you’ll
craft compelling product positioning, outsmart the competition, and launch go-to-market plans
that drive customer love and market dominance.
Responsibilities
● Market Research: Stay on top of market trends, keep a sharp eye on the competition,
and tune into customer feedback to refine our product positioning and strategy.
● Customer Advocacy: Be the champion of our customers, gathering and communicating
insights that shape our product development and marketing strategies.
● Drive Strategic Product Vision: Keep all the gears turning smoothly, ensuring
everything from planning to handoff is seamless, on point, and aligned with business
objectives.
● Product Positioning: Craft and deliver clear, compelling product messaging that makes
OX Security stand out in the market.
● Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute impactful launch plans for new product
features, ensuring everything clicks with our sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
● Experience: 5+ years in product management within Cyber, with a focus on
outbound/product marketing—ideally in the application security industry.
● Skills: Master of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer advocacy.
You’ve got top-notch communication skills in English and are a natural collaborator.
● Knowledge: Deep understanding of the application security landscape and the
challenges our customers face in this space.
● Mindset: Customer-obsessed, strategic thinker with a passion for driving product
success and market adoption.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are
a plus.
