Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Architect and evolve scalable infrastructure to support advanced security systems
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and product teams to drive DevOps excellence
- Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Automate everything — from deployments to monitoring — using IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
- Monitor, diagnose, and improve reliability across cloud-native production systems
- Embed security best practices into every layer of our stack
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Deep fluency in Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) — including internal mechanics, not just using it
- Experience with container tech: CRI, Docker, Minikube, Kubeadm
- Pro-level skills with monitoring & observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog,
- Solid grasp of IaC & automation: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Terragrunt
- Strong scripting chops in Python, Bash, or similar
- Security-aware mindset and familiarity with modern DevSecOps principles
- A drive to ship fast, fail smart, and learn even faster
Bonus Points For
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with KEDA, Karpenter, or custom controllers
- Building and scaling internal platforms or developer tools
