About The Position

Responsibilities
- Be part of our core engineering and leadership team, developing our new security technology.
- Lead a hybrid team of developers, analysts, researchers, and data scientists
- Develop new capabilities based on your own/peers' research from the scratchboard/POC to production.
- Innovate, investigate, and evaluate technologies & algorithms
- Prototype these technologies & algorithms within our solution.
- Analyze live customer security data to evaluate the solution's effectiveness.
- Work closely with the dev team to bring those technologies to production.
- Contribute to OX Security thought leadership in publications, blogs, conferences, etc.
Requirements
- 3+ years of team lead experience
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in security or technology research.
- 2+ years of Hands-on experience in programming (NodeJS/Python)
- In-depth understanding of application security and the SDLC process
- Experience with cloud architecture skills - Advantage
- International conference talk experience - Advantage
- Excellent communication and a great team member. Work daily with our product and the rest of the engineering team to make things work
