We’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on Channel Director to lead and scale our channel ecosystem across North America. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and own our partner strategy end-to-end, driving pipeline and revenue through strong relationships across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and execute a winning go-to-market strategy through partners.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, own, and execute OX’s North America channel strategy end-to-end
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners
- Drive pipeline and revenue through channel-led and channel-influenced motions
- Work hands-on with partners on enablement, joint planning, and field execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Monitor partner performance and optimize programs to accelerate growth
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the channel ecosystem
- Represent OX within the cybersecurity channel community across North America
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Channel Management within cybersecurity
- Strong experience in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain security — must
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs in North America
- Strong relationships with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and system integrators
- Hands-on approach — able to execute, not just strategize
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Based on the East Coast, with ability to travel as needed

- Familiarity with modern GTM and partner-led growth strategies
