Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of events that align with our integrated marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are delivered flawlessly.
Global Lead Capture:
- Develop and implement strategies to capture and track leads generated from events on a global scale.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead conversion and event performance to inform future initiatives.
Creative Strategy:
- Infuse creativity into event design and marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative marketing materials and event concepts.
Managing:
- Global Field Marketing ownership
- Lead and mentor a small team (starting with one direct report) with growth potential.
Requirements
