Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee tracking.
  • Maintain and update the company website and marketing databases.
  • Support the production of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent and Strong writing proficiency in English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Email marketing software, and social media management tools).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Knowledge of social media and social media platforms. 
  • Experience with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
