About The Position

OX Security is seeking a talented and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This position is critical in ensuring that OX Security continues to attract and retain top talent during this period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the company, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company’s culture and requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closure, while working closely with HR and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to current processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or security sector.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent through various recruitment channels.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
